Acceptable Experience
professional staff clean environment timely laundry reservation clarity underground room poor lighting
I appreciated the professional staff. Everything was clean and in working order. I sent off a few garments to get washed and they were returned by 6pm the following day.
I did not like the lack of clarity during my reservation. A room without a view meant being underground with a wall literally at 30 cm from the window. To make it worse, the room was dark and lacked lighting.
